1. Tourism & Travels
- Cancellations made 30+ days before travel: 90% refund.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before travel: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before travel: No refund.
- Airlines and Hotel specific cancellation fees apply separately.
2. Alignments (Matrimony)
- Registration fees are non-refundable once the profile is activated.
- Membership upgrades can be cancelled within 48 hours for a partial refund if no contacts have been viewed.
3. Event Management
- Initial booking advance (25%) is non-refundable as it goes towards venue and vendor lock-ins.
- Cancellation 30+ days before event: 50% of total contract value is payable.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before event: 100% of total contract value is payable.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original mode of payment.
